Datenschutzerklärung

Diese Erklärung gilt für ScheduleX unter schedulex.viraltricks.de: die Website, die Anmeldung für Teams und die Verbindung von Instagram-Konten. ScheduleX ist ein Produkt von Viraltricks; für viraltricks.de gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Viraltricks.

Für alle Fragen zum Datenschutz und für Anträge zu deinen Rechten genügt eine E-Mail an diese Adresse.

2. Überblick

• Teams (z. B. Agenturen) melden sich bei ScheduleX an, laden Inhalte hoch, planen Beiträge, beantworten Kommentare und sehen Statistiken.
• Creator verbinden ihr professionelles Instagram-Konto über Instagrams eigenes Anmeldefenster. Ihr Instagram-Passwort erhalten wir nie.
• Es gibt keine Analyse- oder Werbe-Tracker. Wir verkaufen keine Daten.

3. Website und Server-Protokolle

ScheduleX läuft auf Servern in Deutschland (Rechenzentrum Nürnberg) der Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, mit Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Bei jedem Aufruf speichert der Server kurzzeitig IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, Adresse, Statuscode, Datenmenge, Browser-Kennung und die zuvor besuchte Seite, um die Seite auszuliefern, Fehler zu finden und Angriffe abzuwehren (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Die Protokolle werden nach 14 Tagen gelöscht. Schriftarten liefern wir selbst aus, ohne Verbindung zu Google.

4. Cookies und Speicher im Browser

Nur technisch Notwendiges (Ausnahme für unbedingt erforderliche Speicherung nach den ePrivacy-Regeln, in Deutschland § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG), deshalb kein Cookie-Banner:

Die Instagram-Verbindung selbst setzt keine Cookies.

5. Zugang für Teams

Für einen Zugang speichern wir Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Passwort (nur als nicht umkehrbarer Hash), gegebenenfalls den Schlüssel für den Bestätigungscode, die Sprache, die freigegebenen Creator und Konten, je Sitzung Zeitpunkt, einen Hash der IP-Adresse und die Browser-Kennung sowie ein Protokoll, wer was geplant, freigegeben oder veröffentlicht hat. Zweck ist der sichere Betrieb von ScheduleX für das Team (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Wir löschen den Zugang mit dem Ende der Zusammenarbeit, Protokolle spätestens nach den gesetzlichen Fristen.

6. E-Mails

Einladungen und „Passwort vergessen“-Links verschicken wir über Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Übermittelt werden E-Mail-Adresse, Name und der Inhalt der E-Mail. Schreibst du uns, liegt die Nachricht in unserem Postfach bei Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin). Grundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b bzw. f DSGVO.

7. Instagram-Verbindung

Wie die Verbindung funktioniert

Creator erhalten einen persönlichen Link (gültig 7 Tage, nur einmal nutzbar). Darüber öffnet sich das Anmeldefenster von Instagram („Instagram-Login“ der Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Irland). Dort meldest du dich bei Instagram an und erlaubst ScheduleX den Zugriff. Instagram gibt uns einen Zugangsschlüssel; dein Passwort sehen wir nie. Verbinden lassen sich nur professionelle Konten (Creator oder Business).

Welche Berechtigungen wir anfragen

• instagram_business_basic: Konto-ID, Benutzername, Kontotyp, Profilbild, Followerzahl;
• instagram_business_content_publish: Reels, Trial Reels, Bilder, Karussells und Storys veröffentlichen;
• instagram_business_manage_comments: Kommentare unter deinen Beiträgen lesen, beantworten und ausblenden;
• instagram_business_manage_insights: Statistiken deiner Beiträge (Aufrufe, Reichweite, Likes, Kommentare, Shares, Saves).

Wir fragen keinen Zugriff auf Direktnachrichten an.

Was wir speichern

• Konto-ID, Benutzername, Kontotyp, Profilbild, Name und Followerzahl;
• den Zugangsschlüssel von Instagram, verschlüsselt;
• die Inhalte, die das Team hochlädt (Videos, Bilder, Titelbilder), Beschreibungen, geplante Zeiten und Freigaben;
• Kennung und Link jedes veröffentlichten Beitrags sowie dessen Statistiken;
• Kommentare unter den über ScheduleX veröffentlichten Beiträgen mit dem Benutzernamen der kommentierenden Person und den Antworten.

Wozu und auf welcher Grundlage

Wir veröffentlichen die Inhalte zu den geplanten Zeiten, beantworten Kommentare und werten aus, was gut läuft. Grundlage ist die Vereinbarung mit dir bzw. dem Team, das dein Konto betreut (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Kommentare anderer Personen verarbeiten wir, um sie zu beantworten oder auszublenden (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Zum Veröffentlichen holt Instagram die Datei selbst über einen Link ab, der nach 24 Stunden ungültig wird.

Wie lange

• Trennen: jederzeit in Instagram unter Einstellungen → Apps und Websites → ScheduleX → Entfernen. Instagram benachrichtigt uns; wir löschen den Zugangsschlüssel sofort, schalten die Automatik ab und veröffentlichen nichts mehr.
• Löschung verlangen: Forderst du über Instagram die Löschung deiner Daten an, löschen wir zusätzlich Profilbild, Name und Followerzahl und brechen alle geplanten Beiträge ab. Du erhältst einen Bestätigungscode und kannst den Stand unter dieser Seite prüfen.
• Dateien veröffentlichter Inhalte löschen wir in der Regel 30 Tage nach der Veröffentlichung.
• Benutzername, Liste der veröffentlichten Beiträge mit Statistiken und das Protokoll bewahren wir bis zum Ende der Zusammenarbeit als Nachweis auf; auf Wunsch löschen wir sie früher.

8. KI-Vorschläge und KI-Schnittstelle

Für Vorschläge zu Beschreibungen und zu Antworten auf Kommentare nutzen wir das Sprachmodell Grok der xAI (X.AI LLC, USA). Übermittelt wird nur, was der Vorschlag braucht: Benutzername und Künstlername des Kontos, Stilvorgaben des Teams, frühere Beschreibungen mit Aufrufzahlen und bei Kommentaren der Kommentartext mit dem Benutzernamen der kommentierenden Person. Bilder und Videos geben wir dafür nicht weiter (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Teams können außerdem eigene KI-Assistenten über einen persönlichen Schlüssel anbinden; deren Anbieter wählt das Team selbst und verarbeitet die Daten in seinem Auftrag. Es gibt keine automatisierten Entscheidungen mit rechtlicher Wirkung (Art. 22 DSGVO).

9. Empfänger im Überblick

10. Übermittlung außerhalb der EU

Wo Empfänger außerhalb der EU sitzen, übermitteln wir nur auf Grundlage eines Angemessenheitsbeschlusses der EU-Kommission (insbesondere EU-US Data Privacy Framework für zertifizierte Unternehmen) oder der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln (Art. 45, 46 DSGVO). Eine Kopie der Garantien erhältst du auf Anfrage.

11. Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21 DSGVO). Eine E-Mail an support@viralvoiceconsulting.com genügt. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, etwa in dem Land, in dem du wohnst. Zuständig für uns ist die bulgarische Kommission für den Schutz personenbezogener Daten, бул. „Проф. Цветан Лазаров“ 2, 1592 Sofia, cpdp.bg.

12. Sicherheit und Änderungen

Alle Verbindungen sind per TLS verschlüsselt. Die Zugangsschlüssel von Instagram speichern wir verschlüsselt, Passwörter nur als Hash. Zugriff hat nur, wer ihn für seine Aufgabe braucht. Ändern sich ScheduleX oder unsere Dienstleister, passen wir diese Erklärung an; es gilt die Fassung auf dieser Seite.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers ScheduleX at schedulex.viraltricks.de: the website, team sign-in and the connection of Instagram accounts. ScheduleX is a Viraltricks product; viraltricks.de is covered by the Viraltricks privacy policy.

2. Overview

• Teams (e.g. agencies) sign in to ScheduleX, upload content, schedule posts, reply to comments and view insights.
• Creators connect their professional Instagram account through Instagram's own login window. We never receive their Instagram password.
• There are no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell data.

3. Website and server logs

ScheduleX runs on servers in Germany (Nuremberg data centre) operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. For every request the server briefly stores IP address, date and time, address, status code, amount of data, browser identifier and referring page, to deliver the site, find errors and fend off attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days. Fonts are served by us, without any connection to Google.

4. Cookies and browser storage

Strictly necessary only (exemption for strictly necessary storage under the ePrivacy rules, in Germany Section 25(2) TDDDG), which is why there is no cookie banner:

The Instagram connection itself sets no cookies.

5. Team accounts

For an account we store name, email address, password (only as a one-way hash), where used the key for the verification code, language, the creators and accounts it may use, per session the time, a hash of the IP address and the browser identifier, and a log of who scheduled, approved or published what. The purpose is the secure operation of ScheduleX for the team (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the account when the cooperation ends, logs at the latest after the statutory periods.

6. Emails

Invitations and “forgot password” links are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Email address, name and the content of the email are transmitted. If you write to us, the message is stored in our mailbox at Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

7. Instagram connection

How the connection works

Creators receive a personal link (valid for 7 days, single use). It opens Instagram's login window (“Instagram Login” by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). You sign in to Instagram there and allow ScheduleX access. Instagram gives us an access token; we never see your password. Only professional accounts (creator or business) can be connected.

Permissions we request

• instagram_business_basic: account ID, username, account type, profile picture, follower count;
• instagram_business_content_publish: publish reels, trial reels, images, carousels and stories;
• instagram_business_manage_comments: read, reply to and hide comments on your posts;
• instagram_business_manage_insights: insights for your posts (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves).

We do not request access to direct messages.

What we store

• account ID, username, account type, profile picture, name and follower count;
• the Instagram access token, encrypted;
• the content the team uploads (videos, images, cover images), captions, scheduled times and approvals;
• ID and link of every published post and its insights;
• comments on posts published through ScheduleX, including the commenter's username, and the replies.

Purpose and legal basis

We publish content at the scheduled times, reply to comments and analyse what performs. Legal basis: the agreement with you or the team that manages your account (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process comments by other people in order to reply to or hide them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To publish, Instagram fetches the file itself via a link that expires after 24 hours.

Retention

• Disconnect: anytime in Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites → ScheduleX → Remove. Instagram notifies us; we delete the access token immediately, switch off automation and publish nothing further.
• Data deletion request: if you request deletion via Instagram, we additionally delete profile picture, name and follower count and cancel all scheduled posts. You receive a confirmation code and can check the status on this page.
• Files of published content are usually deleted 30 days after publication.
• Username, the list of published posts with insights and the log are kept until the cooperation ends, as a record; we delete them earlier on request.

8. AI suggestions and AI interface

For caption suggestions and suggested replies to comments we use the language model Grok by xAI (X.AI LLC, USA). We only send what the suggestion requires: the account's username and creator name, style notes from the team, earlier captions with view counts and, for comments, the comment text with the commenter's username. We do not send images or videos for this (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Teams can also connect their own AI assistants with a personal key; the team chooses that provider, which processes the data on the team's behalf. There is no automated decision-making with legal effect (Art. 22 GDPR).

10. Transfers outside the EU

Where recipients are located outside the EU, we only transfer data on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission (in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 45, 46 GDPR). A copy of the safeguards is available on request.

11. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). An email to support@viralvoiceconsulting.com is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live. Our lead authority is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., 1592 Sofia, cpdp.bg.

12. Security and changes

All connections are TLS-encrypted. Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted, passwords only as a hash. Access is limited to people who need it for their work. If ScheduleX or our providers change, we update this policy; the version on this page applies.
